Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in the USA, with clinical training at the University of North Florida and an academic background in business psychology from Fresenius University in Hamburg.
Raised in a German entrepreneurial family, I know the reality of a life shaped by responsibility, high standards and far-reaching decisions.
As founder and CEO of the Heurich Institute, I combine psychological expertise with a deep understanding of the worlds of entrepreneurs, leaders and people with exceptional ambition.

Is this therapy?+
No. This is private, non-clinical consulting. The work is structured, goal-oriented, and focused on measurable change in how you lead, relate, and live.
What is the difference between the Reset Package and the Focus Retreat?+
The Reset Package is 12 individual meetings spread over up to 6 months, so change is built step by step and tested in everyday life, in Mallorca or remotely. The Focus Retreat is three consecutive days in person in Mallorca, with continuous momentum and no interruption from daily life, for a concentrated breakthrough in the shortest time.

The Focus Retreat takes place in person in Mallorca. The Reset Package can be held in Mallorca or remotely, wherever you are in the world.
